An order is confirmed once our team has verified it by phone or message. We may cancel an order if the details are incomplete or the product is out of stock.
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka. Payment is cash on delivery unless we tell you otherwise. The delivery charge is shown at checkout.
We deliver all over Bangladesh through our courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with location and weather.
You can exchange an unused product with its tags within 7 days of receiving it. Check the parcel in front of the delivery person and tell us about any problem straight away.
Colours can look slightly different on your screen. Please check the size details on each product page before ordering.
We use your name, phone number and address only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information.
